Stir Fry Broccoli and Carrots
A quick and easy vegetarian stir fry

Procedure:

In a heated pan, add oil, then ginger, fry it for few seconds, before adding minced garlic, fry garlic until it\'s soft then add carrots and broccoli, add soya sauce, stir fry it for a further 4-5  minutes, season with pepper. Serve hot.

Ingredients:
1 small Broccoli cut into florets
2 small Carrots cut lengthwise
1 whole Garlic crushed
1 inch Ginger thinly sliced
4 tbsp soy sauce 
1 tbsp Cooking oil 
  Ground black pepper to taste
