Apple, Banana, Blackberry and Nectarine Smoothie
A health kick with a drop of honey

Procedure:

In the blender, add crash ice, and banana then process it until it purées,  Then add the rest of the ingredients and  keep blending until it has a smooth consistent texture. Serve immediately

Ingredients:
1 cup Blackberries 
1  Nectarine cut and de-seeded
1  Apple cut and de-seeded
1  Banana 
½ cup Crushed Ice 
1 tbsp Honey (optional)
You will need:
  Food processor or Blender
