Cream of Spinach Soup
Rich smooth and nutritious
Procedure:
In a heated deep bottom pan, add oil, onion, and fry it till it is cooked just soft not brown, Add garlic, cook it for few seconds then add chopped spinach, fry it for at least 4-5 minutes until the spinach is soft. Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer to a blender and whisk at full speed, slowly adding double cream. Return it to the pan, and heat gently without boiling. You can serve it with a stick bread or croutons serve hot.
