Spinach Congee with Eggs
A warming Chinese rice and spinach soup
Procedure :
For extra seasoning, in a bowl mix all the seasoning ingredients - let stand until the congee is ready.
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, onion stir fry it till it soft, and add garlic, stir fry till it\'s done, add chilli flakes ( if using ) add chopped spinach stir fry until soft, add rice, and 3 cups of water, bring to boil, till the rice pops, adding water if needed. season with salt and pepper. 1 minutes before serving add the boiled eggs. Serve hot and season it with the seasoning prepared earlier.
