Healthier alternative to hamburger

Procedure :

In a bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients, flour should be added last to adjust it\'s consistency. Cover the mix burger ingredients  keep it in the fridge for at least half an hour.

Take out the mix burger in the fridge and make a burger patties at a desired thickness

Heat oil in a pan,  and fry burger patties for at least 2 minutes on each side.

Cut baked burger bun in the middle, and butter it, pile up, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, cheese and cooked burger patties and squeeze either tomato ketchup, mayonnaise or mustard sauce and enjoy a healthy burger.

For the Burgers:
½ kg Chicken Mince 
1 bulb Garlic crushed
1 bunch Parsley chopped
1  egg 
1  Carrot grated
1 cup Flour 
1 tbsp Sesame Oil 
1 tbsp Cooking oil for frying
  Dried Chilli flakes to taste
  Salt to taste
For the Buns:
12  Soft Burger baps 
1  Lettice wash and tear
2 lge Tomatoes sliced
1  Cucumber sliced
  Tomato Ketchup (optional)
  Mayonaise (optional)
  Mustard sauce (optional)
  Butter / Margarine (optional)
