Pineapple Chicken
A variation on sweet and sour chicken

Procedure :

Marinade chicken strips into soya sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and sesame oil for at least 15-30 minutes

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, stir fry till golden brown, add chicken, until the colour changes, it will take at least 3-5 minutes.  Add soya sauce, sugar and continue stirring it, add pineapple stir until well coated, add pepper to taste, add cornflour and dissolve in pineapple liquid, stir well for further 1 minutes and serve.

Ingredients:
½ kg Chicken cut into strips
1 can Pineapple Chunks drained - save the juice for later
1 bulb Garlic crushed
2 tbsp soy sauce 
1 tsp Sugar 
1 tsp Cornflour dissolve in pineapple juice
1 tsp Peanut Oil 
  Salt and pepper to taste
For the marinade:
2 tbsp soy sauce 
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
