Procedure:

Marinade cut chicken into salt and garlic powder covered into a bowl for at least 1 hour.

beat the eggs in a bowl, and dip the cut chicken cubes. 

In a Plate spread the bread crumbs evenly and coat the  chicken cubes with bread crumbs, set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the coated mini chicken nuggets until golden brown. Serve hot with any dipping sauce prefered

Ingredients:
½ kg Chicken Breast cut into small cubes
250 g Bread Crumbs 
  Garlic Powder 
1  egg 
  chilli powder 
  Cooking oil
