Lemon Chicken Meatballs
Ideal for cocktail parties
Procedure:
Pre heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius
In a Mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients for chicken meatballs, set aside. Lay aluminium foil in a baking tray and brush it with oil, then spoon the mixture of chicken meatballs in a round shape. Bake it for about 10 - 15 minutes.
While waiting for the chicken meatballs, heat oil in a pan, fry garlic till it\'s done, add the rest of the ingredients for the lemon sauce and whisk it well, to prevent it from getting lumpy over slow heat.
Scoop the cooked meatballs to the prepared lemon sauce and simmer it for about 1 minute. arrange it in a platter and serve hot.
½ kg Chicken Mince
1 bulb Garlic crushed
½ tsp Ground black pepper
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
5 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Olive oil to brush foil
1 tbsp Corn Flour dissolve in
1 Lemon squeezed
1 Garlic crushed
1 tbsp Light soy sauce
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
