Honey Ginger Glazed Chicken Wings
Not only tastes great but looks great too!
Put all the ingredients into a pan, adding pepper if you feel like it.
Simmer it for at least half an hour over low heat, checking and stirring it occasionally to make sure it doesn\'t burn. When the colour turns to golden brown with a glazed appearance (due to the oil separating from the soya sauce), it is ready. Serve hot.
