Spicy Chicken and Bacon Thai Fried Rice
A quick and filling stir fry

Procedure:

In a heated pan, add the oil and chilli and stir fry for a few seconds. add the garlic, stir it for few seconds until it starts to go soft then introduce the chicken and bacon. Continue stir frying for about another 2 minutes or until the chicken turn into brownish in colour, and the bacon is cooked. Add carrots, rice and stir for about 20 seconds then slowly pour soya sauce until everything is coated, but please make it sure that it\'s not too salty. Add Pepper and parsley while continuing to stir for few seconds to ensure that everything is mixed. Serve hot.

Ingredients:
2 cups Rice boiled or steamed
250 g Chicken Breast cut into thin wedges
1 pack Bacon trimmed fat and cut into cubes
3 small chilli peppers finely chopped
1 bulb Garlic crushed
¼ cup soy sauce 
2 med Carrots cut into small cubes
1 tbsp Sesame Oil 
1 tsp Ground black pepper 
½ cup Parsley chopped
