Spicy Beef in Marsala Wine
A combination of fruity wine and chilli heat

Procedure :

In a clean bowl, mix all Marinade ingredients and marinate beef for at least 15-30 minutes.

In a heated pan, add oil, garlic stir fry it until it starts to brown. Add chilli powder add marinated beef, stir fry it for about 5 minutes or until the colour of the beef changes. Slowly add soya sauce, make it sure that it doesn\'t taste too salty add mushroom and Marsala wine, stirring it for about  1 minute until everything is mixed. Serve hot. 

½ kg Beef cut into thin strips
1 bulb Garlic crushed
1 cup Mushrooms cut lengthwise
6-8 tbsp soy sauce 
⅓ cup Marsala wine 
1 tbsp Cooking oil 
1 tsp chilli powder 
For the marinade
2 tbsp soy sauce 
1 tbsp Sesame Oil 
1 tsp Brown Sugar 
  Ground black pepper to taste
