Butter Ginger Cookies
Great for teaching children how to bake
Procedure :
Pre heat oven into 180 degrees Celsius.
In a mixing bowl, mix flour and butter, rubbing it in your hands, it may form a crumbly dough texture at first, add sugar, and knead it again, add the remaining ingredients and continue kneading until completely mixed. if it goes too soft, wrap the dough in a cling wrap and keep it in the fridge for at least 15 minutes, until it hardens a bit. Take it out and knead it one last time, make a big ball and flatten it using a rolling pin, making it sure that it\'s size ( thickness ) are equal ( some part maybe thick and some part maybe thin ). use the cookie cutter for the desired shape, and place it in baking paper on a tray, until all the dough is consumed.
Sprinkle it with the sprinkles and bake between 26-30 minutes. Cool down in a cool rack and serve.
