Spicy Chicken Wings in Baked Bean Sauce
Heat oil in a pan, add dried jalapeños and fry until the fragrance comes out, Add the onion and cook it until golden brown, then add garlic, fry until soft.
Add the chicken continue frying until the wings colour changes completely. Put the carrots in and then stir in baked beans and simmer for about 10 minutes on a medium heat. Add parsley and cook it for another 3 minutes then salt and pepper to taste. Serve on a bed of steamed rice.
