Mexican Spinach Cheeseballs
A quick and easy appetiser 


Preheat oven about 200 degrees Celsius.

Mix all ingredients evenly.  Spread aluminium foil in a baking tray and brush with olive oil.

Add all ingredients to a bowl and spoon mix before shaping into mini balls. Place in lines on baking tray until tray is full of mini spinach balls. Bake between 3-5 minutes. Serve hot.

1 bunch Spinach finely chopped
1 bunch Parsley chopped
250 g Parmisan cheese grated
250 g Cheddar cheese grated
1 tsp Cumin powder 
1-2 tsp chilli powder 
2 small fresh Chilli peppers finely chopped
  Ground black pepper to taste
1 tbsp Olive oil 
 extra Olive oil to brush foil with
  Aluminium cooking foil
