Spinach Rice with Chicken Meatballs
Procedure:
Heat oven about 200 degrees Celsius
For chicken meatballs:
In a bowl mix all ingredients and set aside covered for at least 30 minutes
In a baking pan, add a spoonful of the mix minced chicken in a mini ball size, and bake 5-10 minutes or until colour changes. Set aside.
For spinach rice:
In a heated pan, add oil garlic, and fry it till garlic is done, add spinach, rice, soya sauce, mix them together till even green colour shows, add cook meatballs, stir it till it mixes up with the spinach rice. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
2 cups Jasmine Rice pre boiled
1 bunch Sinach finely chopped
1 bulb Garlic crushed
4-8 tsp Light soy sauce
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
½ kg Chicken Mince
1 bunch Parsley (small bunch) finely chopped
1 small Carrot finely chopped or grated
1 bulb Garlic crushed
3 tbsp soy sauce
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
