Chicken Tikka Masala
The Indian Restaurant Favourite 

Procedure :

Mix all the marinade spices in a bowl and marinate chicken, best to marinate it overnight covered in the fridge..

Pre- heat oven into 200 degrees Celsius.

In a heated deep bottom  pan, add  oil  , add puréed ginger, onion and garlic, stir it till it\'s partly cook, add puréed tomato stir it for few seconds, add cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, cloves, curry powder, and tomato paste,  stir it and simmer it for about half hour over medium heat,  till the nice blend of spices comes out. Please note that the aroma may be a bit strong.  Add the marinated chicken and cook it for further 15 minutes, add  chopped parsley and and stir it for few seconds. Transfer the Chicken Tikka Masala, in a baking dish and bake it for about 15 minutes. Serve with steamed  rice or chapati.

½ kg Chicken Breast cut into pieces
3 lge Onion purée
1 whole Garlic purée
1 inch ginger root purée
3 lge Tomato purée
250 g Tomato Paste 
4 pcs Cinamon stick 
5-8  Cloves 
1 tsp Tumeric powder 
1 tsp curry powder 
1-2 tsp chilli powder 
1 bunch Parsley chopped
  Yoghurt optional
  Coconut Milk optional
  Salt to taste
1 tbsp Cooking oil to taste
For the marinade:
1 whole Garlic purée
1 tbsp Mustard either powder or sauce
1 tbsp Guram masala 
1 tsp Tumeric powder 
1 tsp chilli powder 
1 tbsp Olive oil
