Salmon Teriyaki Bake
Salmon with a Japanese twist

Procedure :

Pre- heat oven into 200 degrees Celsius

mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl, and marinate the salmon fillet, for at least 2-3 hours covered in the fridge.

Place marinated salmon in a baking pan, and bake for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot.  It can be served with any salad or any stir fry vegetables.

Ingredients:
½ kg Salmon fillet 
For the marinade:
½ cup soy sauce (Kikoman)
2 tbsp Brown Sugar 
1 tsp Ginger grated
5 cloves Garlic crushed
½ cup Pineapple juice 
1 tbsp Dried parsley 
1 tbsp Mustard powder
