To make the beef filling, combine all the ingredients into a mixing bowl, ensure that the mushrooms are squeezed dry before adding them.
Put a teaspoon of the mixture in the centre of each siomai wrapper and gather the pastry at the corners. Steam for around 10 minutes.

3 cloves Garlic Minced
handfull Fresh Parsley finely chopped
handfull Spring Onion chopped
