Oatmeal Bars 
with desiccated coconut

To roast ingredients, preheat oven for about 280  degrees,  simply  evenly spread each ingredients individually  in a baking pan, and roast  it in the oven for  for less than a 5 minutes for oats, about a minute for sesame seeds 2  minutes, about  3 minutes for sunflower seeds, and 3 minutes for desiccated coconut.

Cool down all roasted ingredients.

Using a strong spatula, in  a big mixing bowl, mix all the dry ingredients ( apart from chocolate morsels ).  fold in peanut butter and mix it again, add honey and mix it till it gets a sticky and well combined.

To easily shape it, line parchment paper in a baking pan, and pressed mix ingredients evenly.  Then hold both side of  parchment paper upside down   in a  clean wooden chopping board ( that will give proper cutting sizes ) remove parchment paper and cut  it evenly.  Garnish each oatmeal bars with the semi sweet chocolate morsels and wrap it with cling wrap.

Keep oatmeal bars refrigerated. Enjoy.

Ingredients:
1½ cup Oatmeal Roasted
1 cup Sunflower Roasted
1 cup Seseme Seeds Roasted
1 cup Desiccated Roasted
1 cup Dried Cranberries 
1 cup Chunky Peanut Butter 
1 cup Pure Honey 
  handful of semi sweet chocolate morsels ( to garnish ) 
You will also need
  Clingfilm to wrap the bars
