Roast Teriyaki Chicken
Sunday roasts just got a lot more interesting!
Procedure:
Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl, and coat the chicken best to marinade it overnight.
Bake it in a pre- heated oven for 1 to 1 ½ hours at 150 degrees.
To make a gravy, scoop the dripping from the chicken, and add corn starch. vigorously stir it to prevent it getting lumpy. Serve hot.
